Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged, or disclosed unless required by law.  Any email address given can be used for remarketing purposes including contacting you for reviews of your product and letting you know about products, sales and promotions that may be of interest to you.  Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please email us at info@eyecatcherarts.com.au with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Eyecatcher Arts website. We hope you enjoy browsing our products and information. Whilst using this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use which together with our privacy policy govern Eyecatcher Arts relationship with you in relation to this website. When you purchase from Eyecatcher Arts you enter into a contract and these terms detail our responsibilities to you.

MAKING A PURCHASE & THE CONTRACT

When making a purchase you are required to complete our simple checkout process. You will be guided through the checkout and asked to input your data to complete the transaction. Upon placing your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email; this is to advise you that we have received your order request. When your order is ready to ship, we will then send you a despatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order should there be an issue with stock levels or payment details, or the identification of a pricing or product description error.  All purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology and a secure server.

EYECATCHER ARTS SUPPLIES ART CLASSES

Please be aware that the studio is a working studio for the creation of fine & commercial art along with a teaching space. Therefore behaviour is paramount for the safety of everyone who is involved in the class and any student unable to accept the wishes of the tutor may be asked to leave. We need to be informed of any allergies or health concerns to protect the student and others and an emergency phone contact must be supplied. Please wear clothes that suit the environment any paint marks ect will be the responsibility of the wearer not Eyecatcher Arts, aprons are available to wear. Classes are small and we reserve the right to cancel classes if we do not receive enough bookings. Make up classes are welcome during the term but no refunds are offered for missed classes.
